There are many things in life which can’t be boring, even if you have those things everyday. One great example would be sunset. Sure some sunsets in some parts of the world are less majestic than the rest (affected by smog, pollution, and whatnot). But even then, they are never going to bore you. You look at sunset sky and instantly appreciate the divine powers behind it. It could make you feel insignificant, or the oppossite, you feel truly blessed by its beauty.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the chance to view the most glorious sunsets from three famous beaches in Bali. The ever crowded Kuta beach, the Jimbaran, and from the rocks of Ayana resort. I like to capture sunset, usually 5-15 minutes after the sun disappeared, that’s when the colors become vibrantly red and blue. I just hope this pics will do justice to its real beauty. Really, you got to be there to experience it.

Enjoy seafood while staring at this at the Jimbaran. Dunno why this time the sky is more red, but it’s not photoshoped, for sure.

My youngest (Kayla,3), loving every minute of sands on her little feet, at Kuta beach.

Again, Kayla, now with the sun and its flare on top of her head. :D

Wherever you live, try not to take sunsets for granted, pause for a moment before the sun sets, and absorb the divine blessing as the sun rays gleaming on you.

Bali is more popular than Indonesia. People knows Bali better than Jakarta or even Indonesia.  In fact, Bali is one of 17,508 islands in Indonesia. People loves Bali for its beautiful nature, exotic cultures and arts, and friendly atmosphere.  I was in Bali last week, so here is a little something from Bali with love.

Where to stay?

Nusa Dua Resort  is the right place if you would like to enjoy good facilities of resort hotel.  Your kids could join various kid’s activities or kid’s club.  Most resorts have their own private beach.  Swimming, sailing, water sports, would be fun, or just walking a long the beach enjoying the sun and wind.

Ubud Area is for those who love arts and cultures.

Kuta and Legian Area is the most famous area for party lovers.  It’s the center of attractions, entertainment (clubs and restaurants), and shopping area.  Kuta Beach and Legian Beach are good for water sports especially surfing.

I stayed at Swiss Belhotel Bayview that is located in Nusa Dua.  It’s a 5 storey hotel and it’s quite tall in Bali since buildings in Bali should not be higher than coconut tree.  My room was at level 4.  I was lucky that my booking was upgraded from deluxe to suite room.  That’s cool.

Here are some photos taken from the rooftop restaurant.

Would you like to go to Bali?  I’ll be happy to introduce you to a friend of mine who could arrange hotel accommodation, car rental + driver cum guide, etc that meet your budget and schedule.
