Located at Melaka riverbank, Melaka Sultanate Watermill was built in late 2007 and completed by March 2008. It has been recorded as the first and the largest watermill ever in Malaysia. The cost of this 13-meter watermill was about RM1.5 million.
The structures were built based upon the Islamic technology found in both Syria as well as Lijiang in China.
Took this magnificent Water Mill while with my stomach on the floor. Thank God it was clean and dry back there :)
