Yellow Year

Cannas are tropical and subtropical flowering plants with large, banana like leaves. Although a plant of the tropics, most cultivars have been developed in temperate climates and are easy to grow in most countries of the world as long as they can enjoy at least 6-8 hours average sunlight during the summer.

Wisdom, joy and happiness often describes with yellow color and with this yellow canna let’s wish for a happiness and blessing through out the year :)

  8. Alas, it is -23 degrees Celsius here and the snow is about a foot and a half deep. There will be no beautiful Cannas here, but I will delight and revel in your lovely picture and dream of springtime in my garden. Sigh…
