Live a Healthier Life

I often tell my friends to do a just simple walk, jump rope or jogging (you can ask your dog to come along!), running, aerobic to maybe swimming and a little weight lifting, these things are actually can helps you to maintain your shape, losing weight and live a healthier life.

I often get this answers from them: too lazy, too busy, too tired, or they even claim not having the time to do it. Some of the girls has a very smart answer: I do shopping once in awhile, I walk all day from one shopping mall to another one, from 1st to 7fl (imagine wearing that high heels! They’re unbelievable! Sometimes I do admire them). But the complaining stop when the doctor finally tell them to do some routine workout :)

A little trick with Lumix DMC-FZ18, I know it’s not much, but some experiment could make me a better shooter -I hope :)

Do you guys have any routine exercise? Oh, and again, this is absolutely not a Kettler ad :)

    My routine exercise has to be hiking :) , though I may have less time to blog these days, but hiking has not taken a backseat, as it is more for my health.

    I think everyone should take the time out each day to do a little exercise…it’s good for the body and mind, too many people come up with lame excuses…as a mum I sometimes can’t get out to exercise but that doesn’t matter…even going up and down the stairs a few times is enough to get the heart rate up and the blood flowing faster to make you feel better in yourself. There is never a time when you can’t exercise…even routine breathing (yoga) on a daily basis helps…and lets face it, EVERYONE has time for that…it’s all about conditioning the body and mind!!!

    I don’t have time during the day to workout, so I sacrificed a little bit of my sleep time and hit the gym at 6.30am instead. Otherwise, even climbing 15 floors worth of stairs work for me!

    My comment? Just copy exact all from betchai’s.

    That’s the excuse, no time to comment.

    LOL….

    I try to exercise at least 2 times a week. Whether swimming, hiking or hit the gym. Easily feel the stamina dropped if I don’t exercise for 1-2 weeks.

    I think about exercise, does that count?….lol I’m afraid I’ve gotten very lazy but my job requires a lot of physical activity so in a way I do get some exercise there. Yeah, I’m sticking with that as my final answer

    @betchai: hiking sounds great, though I never try it, but maybe I should try it
    @Tanya: I totally agree!
    @lina: 15th floor? wow, that’s a lot of stairs!
    @VS: dropping stamina, I feel that too everytime I stop the routine
    @ann: no it doesn’t count lol, but it’s great if you do a lot of physical activity as a job :)
    @wenn: happy jogging then :)
