Icy: Thanks, I will try to get the nightscene with the clouds next time

moxeous: thanks!

Nessa: Most of the pocket camera are only good to be used during day time, and you have to keep the flash on by default.

betchai: We can learn together in this :)

alexa, rainfield: thanks!

ann: Yes they are interesting Ann, I haven't tapped into its full potential yet.

Brad: You are welcome.

wenn: thanks!

Tanya: I will cover this issue soon for you :)

VetTech: Thanks!

Ratty: The good thing about this technique, we can see the details that usually can't be achieved by normal shoot

My personal opinion is that it is a great photo. I still consider myself inexperienced though. I think the detail is excellent. I love looking at cityscapes. The lights coming from the windows of the buildings are always very beautiful.

This is a fantastic photo...I hate the fact that when I take a shot at night there just seems to be nothing there when I look back at it...I would love to be able to produce this sort of image....do you need a special camera or is it just programmes??? I only have a little bog standard digital camera..could I achieve something like this??? H

I'm another one who knows nothing about your topic, but the image is very nice. I do think I can see what you mean about the extra detail in the dark portions of the photo.

Thanks for the education!

I'm no professional so as for the technical aspect I can't say but I know what I like , and I like this image. I had never knew about HDR until a few months ago and I must say I find them very fascinating.
