it is both! it deminifies the beauty and old architectural odifices along the thames river but the view on top is breathtaking!

I like both quite well too. The B&W definitely gives a dramatic effect. But, wow, the perspective captured on the 2nd photo is fantastic!!

Amazing pictures! In fact, the London Eye ferris wheel is one of few London tourist attractions that even the residents flock to experience! It is a perfect place to visit during your days out in London. I have personally experienced it 3 times (moved to London just 2 years ago:))
