Hello guys!! So happy to see you all again!
It’s been almost two weeks since I returned to my homeland. There is so much things to share.
Firstly I wanna thank you for those who faithfully visiting VanillaSeven during my leave, especially those that keep leaving an encouraging comment and dropping EC here every single day (you know who you are!
).
This site is nothing without you guys. Once again, thank you very much.
Secondly, I want to share a brief about my trip. Hopefully in the next few days, I can show you all about the places that I’ve been visited.
On the last day before I returned to Singapore, on a beautiful morning when I was having breakfast with my dear family members, I sneezed!
On the split second after I sneezed, I felt a sharp pain on my lower back muscle and blood flushed off my head, my head felt cold and tongue stiffed.
I sprained by back muscle with a single sneeze.
My family members panicked and ask me to be still until the pain reduced. It reduced a little after few minutes, but my feet felt so cold.
I can’t move without feeling a sharp pain on my back. Shortly after that, they brought me to Chinese Doctor for treatment. After one and half hour, the pain still there. Then they brought me to the other Doctor cum Acupuncture specialist. I been stabbed my more than 20 over fine needles, electrocuted that feels like thousands needles and given heat therapy. After the treatment I feel slightly better. I board the plane after I assured my Mom that I will be fine. I managed to reached safely back to Singapore.
On last Monday, I went to the doctor again. Usually this clinic run by a female doctor that I knew. But to my surprise, it was a white haired male doctor. He checked through and said that the muscle swollen due to sudden jerk and that the cause of pain. He gave me injection to heal the swell and tablets to kill the pain. He even said that scanning is not necessary and I will be healed within two weeks. Later on I found out that that old man is not supposed to be there. He is a senior doctor that usually stays at the headquarter and only that particular day he came for relief duty. God is good, He have sent the best doctor when I need one.
So here I am, writing again to you all, my beloved reader

Stay tuned for more interesting story!

Get well soon.
Just a single sneeze could cause muscle swollen and such a pain.
It’s good that you got the right treatment. My colleague got muscle swollen and it took 6 months to cure.
Welcome back!! I do know how that pain feels. I hope you are better soon. Mine is still not completely healed. The pictures have all been beautiful while you were away.
I have had a slight cold over the last few days too. So I missed a couple of days.
You take care and do what the DR. says. and you are so right. God is very good!!
V1olet: Thanks, I was not sitting properly when it happened. Your colleague must be suffering the whole months!
Shinade: Thanks, I believe God is always the answer. His way may not clear and known to us, but the results are always good. Hope you completely healed by now Jackie. Looking forward to read your next post.
I have heard before that sneezing causes our heart to stop beating temporary. But I just checked and verified that it is a myth.
So it was a good day at the end which was enhanced by the presence of a lovely tree.
Hope that you feel much better now and will be fully healed soon!!
Ouch on the back. I hope it gets to feeling better! I love the picture of the tree and the sky. I love how the tree stands out against the sky! Gorgeous!
BK: I’ve heard that too! your post about the little girl is really touching.
rainfield: If you enlarge the photo, you can see a little bird flying back to the tree on the upper right corner. I think suit my story just nice
sylviaspy, Stacie: Thanks for your encouragement. When God heals, He always heals completely and make it better than before.

Happy day!!:-)
Oh I do hope you’re feeling better soon. I know how it can be with back pain. That must have been some sneeze.
I’m glad you got a good doctor. Back pain is one of the worst things. A sneeze doesn’t seem like much, but now you know how powerful it really is.
[...] am looking forward to exercise at the gym since my back sprained incident I haven’t exercise at all [...]
