Turning Riverstreet into a river

The 3D sidewalk art is never failed to amaze me, this time is from Edgar Mueller, a German artist.

“Turning Riverstreet into a river” is the largest 3D street painting ever done. About 280m² are covered with paint.

And..  get a  closer look at this:

Amazing, isn’t it?

I love this street art. I’d love to get to see this myself too. My cousin used to do street art, and it even got on the news once. Hers wasn’t good like this though. It was just things like colorful rainbows.

How very cool! They do something like this on a much smaller scale with chalk during a local street fair near me.

I love the waterfall effect. It looks realistic, the raft can be better though :)

  10. Wow, this is so cool. I love it. And what a great way to put some life on the streets. I think that would be a great idea here where I live. I’m going to send your post to a few people/agencies.

  11. I too would love to get a chance to see this for real. The pictures are great and I have seen these on t.v., but, how lucky for you to be there and get these shots! Awesome! I love the Isaiah quote too!

It blows my mind someone can create such an amazing thing with paint and imagination. I can’t even draw a stick figure.
