Perhentian Kecil Island Escapade – The Raid

As we approaching the destination, suddenly from the end of horizon, a black dot moving toward our boat in incredible speed.

As it draw closer, we can identify that object, it’s a black maritime police boat!

“Everybody! please remained calm! ” shouted the officer with speakerphone.

As I am about to point my camera toward them, another office yelled “No camera please!!”

We are freezed in fear not knowing what will happened next.

Few of the police jumped into our boat and pulled it side by side with the patrol boat.

One of the senior officer is checking the paperwork of our boat driver.

“The paperwork is not complete, you all coming with us!”

WHAT?!

Malaysia Maritime Police

They placed one of their armed officer on our boat while we being escorted back!

I braved myself to took out my camera and steal a shot of the officer sitting in front of our boat.

Malaysia Maritime Police 2

As we approaching Kuala Besut Jetty, we saw that not only us that being caught. It’s a big scale raid.

What is going to happened next?

(To be continued…)

Welcome back Betchai, it’s good to see old friend here :)
I am so exhausted at that time and yet forced myself to be alert of what’s happening.

We did tweaked abit here and there, maybe this affecting our urls and links.
Thank you for pointing this out. Really a valuable feedback.

This sounds very exciting and maybe a little scary. I don’t like having police very close. Ours here are not usually very nice.

BK: Like I said, baked and alive to tell the story :)
Ratty: Yeah, believe me, it’s scary, the thought of being locked down in police HQ even crossed my mind.
rainfield: Long time not heard about you buddy :) nice to see you here again. Pirates at Straits of Malacca are well known for their notorious actions. They are equipped with heavy weaponry till the extend like missile launcher.
