Can anyone guess what is that behind the glass?

I’m not sure whether it is a glass or a mirror. So i’m not sure whether the image is a poor reflection from a mirror due to the water, or a poor view of the other side of the glass due to the water. Whatever it is, I assume that you are asking us to guess the image we see (cus the image might not be what u wanted us to guess – “what’s behind the glass” if it was a reflection).
I’m guessing it’s either a vending machine, telephone booth, or mobile toilet ^^
