A new book from Phaidon Publication, Earthsong will remind you of the natural wonders. From volcanoes, glaciers, coral reefs, canyons, sea beds and rivers, all reveal the delicate and monumental natural patterns that are etched on the earth’s crust.

These extraordinary pictures were taken by Bernhard Edmaier, a civil engineer and geologist who has been photographing the earth’s surface for over 15 years.

   oh, what wonderful pictures, i love geological wonders, for me, their beauty is different than most of the places, they speak of profound beauty in the earth.
